IML-TJ11 Mud Level Sensor
IML-TJ11 mud level sensor is a kind of ultrasonic liquid level sensor which combines sensing technology with electrical signal processing, and is used to monitor the change of drilling fluid pool volume.
Sensor Installation
1.The ultrasonic liquid level sensor shall be installed on the sensor mounting bracket.
2. During installation, pay attention that the acoustic wave propagation route shall be unobstructed and perpendicular to the liquid surface. Pay attention that the acoustic wave propagation route shall not cross the filling port, pipeline, welding port, ladder edge, etc., nor touch the wall surface.
3. During installation, the distance between the end face of the sensor and the highest liquid level shall be at least 25cm.
