IML-8J06 Winch Sensor(Drawworks sensor)

The explosion-proof winch sensor is installed on the winch shaft and can monitor the angular displacement caused by the rotation of the winch shaft during the entire drilling process. The height change of the hook during drilling can be obtained through calculation, and the current drilling depth can be obtained. The explosion-proof winch sensor is equipped with a detection switch and a piece of iron tooth plate. When the tooth plate rotates with the winch shaft, the tooth plate will pass through the sampling channels of the two detection switches with a phase difference of 90 °, thereby sending two Corresponding electrical pulse signal, this signal is sent to the instrument for identification and processing to obtain the corresponding angular displacement direction and change value.
