The system is primarily designed for real-time measurement of the rock debris flow returning from the wellbore. By comprehensively analyzing the measured rock debris volume with other drilling parameters collected by the system, it evaluates the degree of wellbore purification, aiding in addressing issues such as rock debris upflow and wellbore instability during drilling. The system features real-time, continuous, and accurate measurement of rock debris, meeting the needs for safe and efficient construction in on-site drilling engineering.
Field experiments and applications have been completed for over 30 wells, facilitating the finalization of product technology and achieving mass production. In 2024, the first set of equipment was applied abroad and successfully completed its service. During the service period, we provided 8 adjustments to drilling fluid performance and suggestions for drilling time control, effectively providing key data support for drilling parameter optimization. As of now, 3 sets of equipment have been successively used in the foreign market, and services for over 20 wells have been completed.
